It is an important condition for the Government to direct the bank to continue to implement policies to reduce interest rates, create favorable conditions for businesses and people to access loans. The central government, ministries and locals are always in the state of readiness to remove obstacles and difficulties for enterprises in manufacturing, business, investment and project implementation. The common spirit is to coordinate closely, not to neglect or leave responsibility up to others, to accompany businesses to overcome difficulties and create favorable conditions for them.
